The Top 5 Ways to embedd Fitness in your Life
First we will list a group of Activities that you Do on a Daily Basis and we will call this the Activity
Map.
Second we will decide on Fitness goals That one needs to achieve and this will (& this is best done with the help of a fitness professional)
IT could be expanding the VO2 max , or lossing an amount of Fat
Once we have the Activities and the Goals We will design a table that will , embedd some acgions in the Activities that we do everyday so we can achieve our goals .
Examples:
Adam needs to loose 25 pounds of fat and we have determined that becasue he has gotten his body fat percentage measured and all his metrics by a fitness professional and now it's time to implement.
Adam wakes up in the morning Goes to check on his car in the garage. but his neighberhood has a long quiet street.
We 'll take advantage of that and have adam do 6 sprints with rest in between.
but also one of Dam's Goals was to maintain and possibly gain some muscle.
during his lunch break adam has access to an empty room at work where he looks througt the window of a tall building where his office is.
We wil start by adding resistance bands and have adam do 40 Body squats , 40 bicep curls , 40 back pulls, and 40 shoulder presses with the bands.
This is Just the start , We 'll have adam do that with 20 lb pressure bands, then 40 lb pressure then 60- lb pressure.
then we'll have another plan for increasing the weight even further.
