Metrics of Health

There are many metrics that can be used to track health and longevity, but some of the

most important ones include:

1- Life expectancy:

This is the average number of years a person is expected to live based on their age, gender, and Other Factors. Life

expectancy has been increasing in many parts of the world due to advances in medicine, public health, and technology.

This is one of the.. main metrics to be enhanced.

2- Body mass index (BMI):

This is a measure of body fat based on height and weight.A healthy BMI range is generally considered to be between

18.5 and 24.9.

3- Blood pressure:

This is the force of blood against the walls of your arteries. High blood pressure can lead to serious health problems,

including heart disease and stroke.

4- Cholesterol levels:

High levels of cholesterol in the blood can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

5- Blood sugar levels:

High levels of blood sugar can indicate diabetes, which can lead to a range of health problems if left untreated.

6- Physical activity:

This can be measures by VO2 max for aerobic activity, and maximum weight / Reps for anaerobic activity.

7- Body Composition:

This is important not only for looks but also translates to other health metric like joint health, and hormone levels;

Less Fat contributes to less overall weight & thus less pressure on the joints & also helps optimize

hormone levels.
